We can help you pick the perfect location for your wedding or renewal. The prices listed below are for the location or venue. Please add your package price to the listed venue price. The prices shown below are subject to change at any time, and pricing may be affected by holidays. Please call our office for detailed information.
National Park -
Greenbrier 1
Inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, we have 2 different locations at Greenbrier for you to choose from. This is a "beachy area" on the river. There is an embankment, so it is not wheelchair accessible. Ask for more details.
National Park -
Greenbrier 2
This is a smaller location further into the park, and there is a bridge above for a few guests to watch. This space is limited to a smaller amount of guests.
National Park -
Cataract Falls
Located near the Sugarlands Visitor Center inside the National Park, Cataract Falls is a short, easy hike, and is wheelchair accessible.
National Park - Cades Cove
Cades Cove has several options for you to choose from. Our fee is slightly higher for Cades Cove, simply due to the distance. Ask for more info.
Smokey Mountain Mill
Also known as Ely's Mill, this historic location offers creekside ceremonies or a pavilion ceremony for larger parties. Several unique photo locations are available on site for wedding photos and portraits.
Carriage Weddings
This ceremony is performed while you are sitting on a carriage, followed by a short ride around Lumberjack Square. Price includes decorated carriage ride, 20+ photos taken with a cell phone, and a dozen roses. Minister fee is additional.
Mountain Vista
This is a breathtaking location for a simple wedding. The ceremony is performed on the grassy area. A pavilion is available only in the case of bad weather.
Mountain Vista Special
This breathtaking location offers a large pavilion with fireplace that can accommodate 80 guests, and a chapel that can hold approximately 100 guests. Cabins are available on-site, available from the venue.
Smokey Cove
This dream location features a large outdoor pavilion as well as an indoor reception hall. This venue features majestic mountain views and plenty of space for everything you will need at your reception. Parking may be limited, but a shuttle service can be provided at an additional cost.
Smokey Den
This venue features a large pavilion as well as a beautiful home with Bride & Groom rooms. A playground close to the wedding venue to occupy the little’s. The venue also features an area inside or outside the home for a rehearsal dinner! If time, enjoy a wedding party escape before the wedding - with trails, zip lining, and much more!
Enchanted Gardens
This is a beautiful location on top of a mountain. The location holds 30-40 chairs (not included) and about 60-80 standing. A small gazebo is available. Reception rooms are available on-site for an additional fee.

Douglas Lake Overlook
Beautiful mountain views with a view of the lake. First-come, first serve unless you have booked with a permit. Ask us for more details on the possible permit fees.
Mynatt Park
Located in Gatlinburg, this beautiful park has plush grass, a bridge, creek, restrooms, and a playground; and is within walking distance to Airport Road and downtown. There is also a memorial for the victims of the 2016 fires in Sevier County.
Patriot Park Creekside
Enjoy a beautiful creekside wedding at Patriot Park. This is a quiet location, with great restaurants within a very short walking distance.
Patriot Park Gazebo
There is a beautiful gazebo at Patriot Park, perfect for a park wedding. This is a quiet location with plenty of parking, and great restaurants within a very short walking distance.
Smokey Creek
Located between The Island and the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, this is a beautiful area for a wedding, with a pedestrian bridge and beautiful river in the background, and trees all around.
Downtown Sevierville Gazebo
Downtown Sevierville has a very nice gazebo, not far from where you pick up your marriage license. Free for small groups, ask us about possible permit fees.
Downtown Sevierville Dolly Statue
There is the famous Dolly Parton statue, located right outside the courthouse where you pick up your marriage license. Free for small groups, ask us about possible permit fees.
